No matter what they say, moving on after break up can be a very difficult task. A breakup is painful and devastating for both partners, even for those who initiated it.

Instead of falling deeper into depression, here are three great ways which should help you move on and be happy again.

1.    Try to create a new interest or new hobby, to try to do something crazy you wanted to do but never did. A friend of mine always wanted to go to Europe, but she never did because her boyfriend didn’t want her to. After they broke up she was devastated of course, but she decided to make the best out of it. She decided to study in France. It certainly took her mind off things, because she had to do research and find a second job to save money. By the time she was ready to leave her pain mostly went away and guess what? In France she met another guy and fell in love.

2.    Try listening to some inspirational music. Don’t listen to love songs, because these will only make things worse. Look for the lyrics which will encourage you and make you feel good.

3.    Keep yourself blooming. The better you look, the better you feel. Take a dance class, change your hairstyle, and wear flattering clothes. You never know, your ex love might notice how stunning you look and will bed to take him back.

4.    Don’t avoid talking about your ex and don’t hold back tears. It is not healthy to keep your pain inside. Share your pain with someone you trust or write things down in your diary.

Moving on after break up is no easy, but most people are able to do it and be happy again.
