Corny but Free and Fun Romantic Games
If you always thought that romantic games were corny and silly, and never played them because of this, I suggest you give them a try. Yes, they may be corny, but many happy couples swear that romantic games make their marriage life stronger and …hotter.
Truth or Dare game. Truth or dare can be a fun romantic game, although you need to be thoughtful and careful when playing it. If your partner chooses “truth”,avoid questions like “how many boyfriends/girlfriends did you have before me?” You can save these questions (and the fight for some other time). Ask questions like:
-What are your 3 favorite things about me?
-Where would you like to go with me if we won the lottery?
-What is your favorite childhood memory?
-What is your favorite memory about us?
If he/she chooses dare, it is up to your creativity what you want to do with it. You may ask for a massage, or for him to make you a drawing (even if he doesn’t know how to draw), or to sing you a love song.
Romantic Puzzle Game. For this game you can use a regular puzzle. Write a love message, or a love quote on the back and try putting puzzle together. Let your partner figure out what the phrase is during the process.
Hangman Game. Yes, that’s right. You can even turn a good old hangman game into a romantic one. Choose romantic phrases, sentences or words that have romantic meanings to both of you. Just make sure you spell everything correctly.
Coupon Game. This is not quite a romantic game, but it is fun anyway. Make love coupons for each other, such as “back massage”, “coffee in bed”(if you are married, of course), “5 minute kiss”, “ an evening out” and so on. Pick one without looking and then enjoyed whatever you picked. You can also use these coupons when playing cards or different board games. A person, who wins, gets to pick a coupon.
If you don’t mind spending some money, go to Amazon. They have a gazillion of inexpensive romantic games
to choose from.
Every game goes better with some wine (if you are old enough), candles and romantic music.
If you have any other ideas for romantic games, don’t be greedy, share them with us.
